Bad Start to the Weekend

After a fun afternoon of swimming I came back to school to find that money had been taken from my desk drawer. This money had to have been taken either Thursday or Friday. This money was to go towards swimming and a treat for the students at the end of the year. I am very disappointed to see something like this happen. It is a shame that one persons actions affect so many people. Hopefully this money will reappear in my desk on Monday.

Greek Plays

7 days left!!

Wow this year has flown by!! It has been a pleasure to teach every single student in the class this year!

Here are a few important announcements for the end of the year.

The trip to Wascana park on Friday, June. 24 unfortunately had to be cancelled. We will still be traveling to the pool that afternoon so we will require parent drivers to drive to the pool at 12:45pm and to drive back to the school at 2:15. Please send a note in your child's agenda to let me know. Thanks!

Bowling on Tuesday, June 21 in the afternoon.

Report cards sent out on the last day of school Tuesday June. 28 at 2:30pm.

Science Presentations

Please make sure that your child is complete their Severe Weather Presentation for Tuesday! Any assignment that is not complete will receive a 10% per day penalty. Thanks

Swimming June. 17 + 24

We will be traveling to the pool on these two dates and if we can gather enough parent drivers we don't have to charge for the cost of a bus. The swimming runs from 12:45-2:15. We would want to leave the school around 12:30 so we can make it there in time and we would leave around 2. Let me know if you are willing to help out with this. You can email me or send a note in your child's agenda. Thanks!

May long weekend!

I hope everyone has a great long weekend! This week has been a short one, and I hope that sometime during the break you have a chance to work on your "Severe Weather" project. It will be due in the following weeks after the break.
